the goverment has done well then IMO. The benefit system is for those that are down on their luck, it's not a career choice as many lavishly choose! and as for paying non UK citizens is a total joke!
Those voting Labour because they want to keep their benefits, are in for a nasty shock if they get in as they will have to share that UK welfare pot that is now capped. If Labour were going to stick to this new(ish) blocking of EUs claiming benefits when they arrive that this government brought in, don't you think they would have said so?RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

It all needs to stop! Those that work are taxed too heavily to fund those that don't, people have had enough, what with all the benefit fraud added to the mix.Plan: [STRIKE]Finish off paying the remainder of my debts[/STRIKE].

well said, there is no place for racism in this world at all, but the racist card is pulled too often for personal gain and has little meaning. Meaning those that genuinley do suffer from racial hatrid may go unnoticed....Plan: [STRIKE]Finish off paying the remainder of my debts[/STRIKE].

It's nothing to do with raciscm, you were given permission to enter the country for a defined period, by your own admission you contravened the conditions of entry and then remained, unlawfully, in the country for 12 years.
That was obviously a positive decision on your part and as you are now finding, has consequences.
And with the greatest of respect, if your standard of written English is of the quality suggested by your posts, you are going to struggle with your job search.0 -
I've alway found pulling the race card distasteful
My parents are both two different nationalities and two different religions so I was raised with the values that it is who you are and how you act not where you come from that matters.
I remember when I was about 12 a girl I'd been at school with for years turned around to me and said "You don't like me because I'm black" and without missing a beat (and perhaps with more honesty than was tactful although it was true) I replied " No Angela I don't like you because you are a biatch"
I watched this girl pull the race card time and again after that through our secondary school days - but she never tried it on me again !
The OP reminds me of this girl - he has discovered that calling racism works sometimes but he's hit a brick wall when the benefits system say no and doesn't like it. He appears to have two options - live with it .......or move somewhere that has a benefits system that suits him better. No-one is forced to to stay in Britain - many people emigrate to where they believe the grass is greener every year. It's not like he has a job to keep him or her here after all.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
