I am a Travel Consultant by proffession ...... i have started my own Travel agency ..... i just needed a bit of financial support ....... went to ask for personal Loan but was refused cause i dont have my Visa for 5 yrs ( thats the period i was looking for loan)....cause Intrest is low on more borrowing and longer term .......
no one is there to help us immigrants ...... if I would have got loan i would have not even bothered to inquire about the benifits......
Thank you very much for saying i am looking for free money0 -
To be fair, we have almost two million people unemployed in this Country so finding it difficult to get work may not have anything to do with your competence to do the work just the sheer numbers of people applying for the same job.
Credit is also something that is difficult to get now, especially if you have no income to service any loans.
You have been told that you aren't entitled to Public Funds because you haven't yet acquired the rights so you'll have to ask your family to help support you.0 -
Thank you very much for saying i am looking for free money
What kind of money are you asking for - the financial institutions won't lend you money so you are looking to claim benefits -are you intending to repay these benefits you want at some later date -or are you expecting the benefits to be given to you without a repayment expectation or obligation .........in other words...... Free !
Oh and before you call me a racist - I'm the daughter and the Granddaughter of immigrants - none of which claimed any benefits until they retired when they claimed a pension based on their NI contributions they had paid throughout their working lives !I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Nothing. is the goverment racist as it doesn't give overstayers large benefit handouts?
TBF, these benefit changes are nothing to do with overstayers and everything to do with the annual welfare cap that starts this year and that all parties voted in. Whichever party gets in is going to have to choose which benefits to cut to keep to the UKs annual welfare cap. The overstayers/illegals/those who abuse British values, are being dealt with under other UK changes, not least of which is the very powerful new Immigration Act that finally became law in 2014. http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2014/22/contents/enacted
It broadly seems to have gone like this:- During Labour's time in government, for the first time ever the annual welfare bill exceeds the money the government takes in income tax and it's obvious to all parties that can't continue. Talks begin on a UK annual welfare cap.
- Labour brings in medicals for those that are sick and appoints ATOS to carry out these medicals, to start the welfare cuts.
- Labour works on a one welfare based benefit.
- Labour gets voted out.
- Tories continue with Labour's medicals for the sick and their one income based benefit, now called Universal Credit.
- All parties decides on the amount of the UK's annual welfare bill and that this will start April 2015.
- Tories decide to keep that welfare pot for their own citizens and those that have achieved permanent residence in the UK. They stop the instant access to UK benefits for EU citizens and those who use EU laws to force the UK to let them stay. For the latter group it is now 10 years minimum to benefits. For the former group, they are planning to make these wait 5 years for UK benefits just as other legal immigrants to the UK already have to do.
- Some EUs try to take the UK to court over the UK withdrawing benefits but the Tories have been clever (very clever) and worked these benefit changes within EU laws of a "qualified person". It's legal.
- Germany like how the UK have done this and adopt these benefit laws for Germany from 2015.
- EU laws can be retrospective so in 2015 the UK enforces this by starting to stop the benefits of EU citizens who had already been claiming before these new rules started.
HOWEVER, whether Labour will continue with this not providing instant benefits to those under EU law if they get into government next month, they won't say. If they do reinstate those benefits, then they will have to make massive cuts to those already on UK benefits to keep to the UK's annual welfare cap that they voted in; but they refuse to say where they will make those benefit cuts.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

the goverment has done well then IMO. The benefit system is for those that are down on their luck, it's not a career choice as many lavishly choose! and as for paying non UK citizens is a total joke!Plan: [STRIKE]Finish off paying the remainder of my debts[/STRIKE].

u dont know houch we have paid in fees and how much more we gonna pay in fees and taxes to feed u all ...... so i am just askin my daughters share from it ........u racist
The only person who has brought racism into this thread is yourself, I am afraid.
There are rules and regulations - and you have contravened them - but daughter has been granted citizenship.
I would ask - were you asked to pay for your maternity care when you had your daughter? Or for any other health care so far?0
