I did call them and they said they've cancelled the transaction and refunded the money back onto the Argos Card. 7 to 10 working days is way too much for a card unless it came from overseas.
That's why I asked if someone could say out of their own experience how long it took for them to get it so I could get a better idea of what to expect.

Yes mine took 10-14 days, it came with the normal post in a letter, so no problem going through your letter box.

Wow it's like getting something from the other side of the ocean...geez.
Thanks for letting me know! At least now I won't have such unrealistic expectations.

It will take 7-10 working days to deliver your card. When you get it make sure you sign the back (they have no chip or pin) and telephone the number on the front to activate the card.
I applied and was accepted online for an Argos Card on Wednesday 22nd of April and received the card by the following Wednesday, also the card doesn't need to be activated.

Oh I know!!! I called to tell them what happened with the site glitching and they kept asking me for a confirmation number or something. I kept telling them that because the site glitched I got no confirmation for anything so they transferred me from Card Services to Home Delivery, Home Delivery couldn't see my account information after it was just confirmed to me by Card Services then they transferred me back to Card Services and so on...it took 45 minutes of my own time to get this whole crap sorted out...Horrendous!

Well I can gladly say that my Argos card arrived today. Exactly 7 calendar days after I've been approved. It arrived not via Royal Mail but via Whistl. Just putting this information out there for anyone that's looking to find since I looked forever and couldn't find anything regarding delivery times except for the generic "7 to 10 working days" thing.

Thanks to everyone that helped with information. Have a wonderful weekend :D
