BT Sport on Sky

My dad has BT Sport at his house through Sky, I noticed today you can get another subscription cheaper if you have it already. Would I be able to get it at my flat for the cheap rate or is it the same household only?

If so, how does Sky/BT know this? Is it worked out by same dish?

You could do this but it's a bit of a pain in the !!! and might get deleted as it's in breach of Sky's term's and conditions, and since this site is actually a retail partner of Sky and other tv providers might be a problem.

So, your Dad should get a Sky multiscreen subscription installed at his address. Then he should add BT Sports to this additional box.

Then you should install that box at your address.

Now you should definitely make sure this extra box doesn't get connected to broadband or phoneline at this new address in case it calls back to Sky as being at a different address.

it would be easier if your dad just got SKYGo and you used one of the channels on your laptop or tablet, Naughty but.......

i've got that. its useful but i don't like that it's not 'live' and can be prone to be buffering.

i've got half price sky so as long as it stays half price they'll get my business but otherwise i'll revert to sky go through my xbox.
