They're talking about the woman doctor now on Talkback. Her 'tears' on being interviewed sounded a bit forced.
She mentioned that people were saying she was from a privileged background and lived on the Malone Road. 'Not true!!' she said, 'I'm from Strabane!' :rotfl:0 -

Presumably a 'high rate'* tax payer.
Unpaid tax + penalties + interest + £230k = a large portion of the income.
