I can't change broadband supplier!

Ok, I see an online broadband/landline deal. Me, very excited to get a better deal than my Post office one. So I click on the deal and it prompts me to enter my postcode and telephone number, which I do. Well, up pops a 'choose your address' box and I scan the various addresses in the list...mine IS NOT there! Just to add here that, I am in an office surrounded by other offices. The other offices addresses come up, but mine? Not a sausage. I have had this office space for 9 years now and have always had broadband and a telephone in all that time. The problem is that everytime I try to get a better deal with a new supplier, they cannot find my address and so the whole thing gets abandoned! Anyone with any advice here? Thanks...

I take it that this is a business account in which case might do better to phone the provider .0

I suspect that the OP is attempting to sign up for a residential contract on an address registered as a business, and that's why the office address is not coming up as recognised.
To check my theory, try the same process on a business account.
Using a residential a/c is a breach of the T&C's-I'm not aware that the PO offer business contracts? No free lunch, and no free laptop
