pcn zzps parking fines help-urgent

i have found out that my son has several parking fines from a private firm elite management which zzps are pursuing as debt collections. he was told to ignore them and didnt even realise he had several.I made him phone today to find out that they want £700 plus from him for several different ones. I was gobsmacked. What should he do? He didnt dispute any and he only has letter for 344. he doesnt know about others. he was told about them over the phone.`He only has a few days otherwise the fine will build up. also if you do not pay up will the entire houshold get black listed. Please advise for the best and if he needs to send a letter off please draft this to as i need things eplained clearly. please someone reply

Please can someone help me i parked on what is believed to be private land and did not see the sign. Many other cars were there. I got back and there was an in my view an illegal parking notice from Elite Management for £100. Its not acceptable. no others cars received a ticket. I have read threads and the majority say to ignore.

Please read some current info! Ignore stopped being general advice several years ago.

Start by reading the Newbies Sticky at the top of the forum, then start your own thread!

Really? Perhaps you can point them out?

You need to read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky (near the top of the forum thread list, one page back from here) before doing anything further.

After reading the sticky, post numbers 1 & 2 only at this stage, (which will explain how to deal with this), if there's then anything you don't understand, please start a NEW THREAD of your own, where we can keep all information relating to your case in one place.

Hi please can you advise I received a parking ticket on private land and no other cars received one. I did not see the sign and it is for £100. I dont need this or can afford this.
