I know you're trying to be helpful, but it doesn't help to post an absolute assertion of the law that is 100% incorrect. You may not have intended to state that 'these are the facts', but you basically did:

I'm a Barrister by trade, and can confirm that this is absolutely incorrect. It's not even a matter of dispute. The case law is well-settled. As I said, it's 1st year law student stuff.

That basically means, dont take words on a forum as factual, law or a reason. in case you have difficulty in grasping its meaning. My post is neither based on FACTS as you quote, or on LAW as you qoute, wether or not my post is correct, if it is incorrect, I have apoligised.

Page1 on this forum, I have said and i quote, in case you missed it "If I am wrong, then I apoligise". which means that if I have made a mistake, then I am sorry. I guess I am a fool, in respect to calling everyone else a fool, I said "anyone who accepts a forum site as fact, is a fool". Or should we all just trust what everyone on a forum has to say?
