but not for euro accounts
I see interest rates for euro accounts at 0.10% in UK!0 -
but I need some interest! it's a large amount!
interest has always been expressed as a percentage, so the amount of money you have doesn't come into it.
interest rates are low just about everywhere in the world right now, and this is unlikely to change anytime soon. You might be able to make more money in some other countries, provided you can accept the conversion risks and the markets work in your favour. Similar is true if you are happy to go down the local casino and put it all on red. Or black.0 -

I just need to bring euro in uk
in eurozone you can find bonds with 6-month bonds with 2.25% and similar for longer bonds0 -

Except that:- Interest rates are often tiered so that larger balances attract better interest, or the best-paying accounts have a minimum balance.
- If the amount is small the interest received will be tiny so it's not worth spending lots of time shopping around.

Where is the money now? If it's in a Euro account already I suggest you leave it there. Why do you need to bring it to the UK? AFAIK there are no free Euro accounts available in the UK so any interest you make will probably be lower than the account fee.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

is there a comparison website to compare interests in euro accounts in UK? or they are all pretty much the same, at the abysmal rate of 0.05% ?0

Not a recommendation but if you think that the Euro exchange rate is going to get worse vs. GBP than you might be better off converting the money to pounds and saving it here..

How interesting to see that the troll has shifted boards. He/she has obviously exhausted the patience of the folk on the house buying forum.0
