Allegedly, yes! We're porting an Intelligent Finance mortgage and they no longer offer new products so I can only assume it's something to do with their underwriter and 'panel' solicitors checking everything over.
They wouldn't let us apply for an AIP until we had our offer accepted so we had to start from the very beginning of the process, it's tedious beyond words.[STRIKE]DFD 22/7/14[/STRIKE]
