In mobile shop, do you mean mobileshop.com? If it is that company, I have done one cashback deal with them, but only did the deal a month ago.
However I have used them several times in the past and they come highly recommended. They are a top rate company who have been around for a fair time."An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind" - Mahatma Gandhi0 -
I sent them an email before I take out a deal asking them to confirm the contract is 12 months and how you get cash back back.
Here is the reply.
To claim the 12 months free line rental you will receive get two
cashback vouchers with your handset. You will need to send the 1st voucher into us on the 6th month of your contract with your latest airtime bill and we will send you a cheque.
You will need to send the 2nd voucher into us on the 12th month of your
contract with your latest airtime bill and we will send you a cheque. There is an expiry date on each voucher, you must remember to send each
voucher before that expiry daye otherwise if it does the vouchers will not
be valid anymore and you will not be able to claim.

I've had nothing but top service from these guys, bought several contract and PAYG phones over the last few years, no problems at all. They are very friendly and efficient. Well recommended. I haven't had any of their cashback deals (yet!) but I'm sure they'd deal with these as professionally as the rest of their products.
