Myself and my daughters use it in a bowl of warm water to soak our feet-they not only smell nice but they are lovely and soft. Follow the soaking by wrapping and drying in a warm towel (obviously we all have separate bowls of water-we don't share!! lol)GE 36 *MFD may 2043
