do these labourers have plublic liability insurance?
what if something goes wrong/ not done properly?
think your best off getting a company to do it, unless your doing it yourself0 -
OK, I got a groundworks / landscaper in to do a quote which has now come back:
Erect a 1.2m traditional fence at the front of the house. Edge the side of the drive with timber to help retain the grass. Prepare and lay turf in the front garden. Replace 5 panels and 1 post on the back fence. Prepare and lay new turf where the shingle is. All waste will be disposed of.

As well as the tarmac in the front this includes removing an area of gravel/shingle in the back garden and replacing the 5 panel back fence, hence the reference to fenceposts etc.
Does this sound reasonable? All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0
