    Define 'best'?
I am sure for one short call and one text the best overall deal is the one you have.

Nepal Telecom is the cheapest abroad? In every country of the world?

How do you come to that conclusion?

Yes, based on the vagueness of OP's question, Nepal is 'abroad', and Ncell has some of the lowest prepay call rates worldwide (when you are there, of course). So that was my answer to his question, apologies for attempting to poke fun...

That makes a bit more sense, but you know it's hard to see that sort of inflection in the written word ;).

Sometimes it helps to use :D or :p or  to show your intention ;).

The smiley buttons don't seem to work on my cheapo unit, Dave. I considered indicating South Asian accent but it could get deleted like my Shenzhen Airlines joke. Best just never to take me seriously...
