Where is the their office? If nearby, I'd be going in person by this point lol

In any case, dont knwo the business or how they make their profits.

But thinking they are not a very efficient organisation.

He works in the same building as me. I have only seen him once. I have worked there for six years.

I understand there is a three month deadline for making a complaint to ACAS. How would that work here? The query was initially logged with Payroll in late March, however the back dated contributions go back 18 months.

I was informed by the head of my department that the Head of HR had investigated my case and was going to email me four weeks ago. I heard nothing a fortnight ago so I emailled him. I have not had a response. I was thinking about sending the email below:

{Person Name} – I refer to the email below and bearing in mind this has been ongoing since March – when can I expect the courtesy of a response

I am concious that he is a Director and do not want to to sound too cheeky. What do you think?

I have spoken to the Pensions Advisry Group and they advised that they would expect it to take four weeks (at most) to receive a response after raising this grevience. This has been going on since March, though I was only informed that I would receive a response just over four weeks ago.
