God that must be really horrible for you FVD. As it is quite likely you would see one vs someone scared of a tarantula for example.

    Afternoon all :) Sorry for the late posting and the AWOL-ness lately! Having a bit of a bad time as of late, lots of unexpected outgoings and have literally not had a penny to my name for the past month, every evening/weekend has consisted of staying in and watching the TV or going on the internet, so basically feeling a bit low ATM! :( Anyways today I will/have;

    - Have a shower & wash hair - Done
    - Swagbucks - In progress
    - Check MySurvey - Done, nothing new today
    - Check online banking - Done, although I wish I hadn't!
    - Read some of book outside in the sun - Done, sun went in! Great! :D
    - Hope Ebay things sell & list a few more :)
    - Watch TV and play online I guess!

Sorry for the down-ness from me! Have a good rest of the weekend all xx

Hi all. Busy few days first time I've had to post! Have spilt up with my boyfriend (dumped by text!) oh dear. Surprising not really that fussed, will miss the company but he really wasn't the one for me. Life goes on, another chapter begins!

    so today,

~ worked 3.5 hours overtime today
~ £5 in tips for the pot from last night
~ bath night for little ones ready for back to school
~ picked up y/s chicken and pack of 4 burgers. Will make curry for me tonight and freeze some (little ones been fed) and we can all have the burgers tomorrow
~ need to go through all direct debits due out and organise money to cover (normally it's already there but messed up a little) also going to have to pay full wack c/tax as paperwork hasn't gone through yet :-(
~ do some tidying to start getting back on top of things
~ meal plan for week, write shopping list
~ read a chapter of my book tonight, really need to get back into story

    That's all for now xxx

Katy Ann - that's enough to get anyone down. Is there any way you could plan a nice evening for yourself on the cheap for a bit of a difference? Sorry though, ability to do different activities is part of what makes life enjoyable.

Jo Jo - oh no what a way to break up with someone! Hardly the act of a grownup. Hugs to you.

  • Having lavished the cash (£138) on plumbers on Friday, I have been tight pursed and spent the grand total of £5 over the weekend. Going to see a fab choral concert. EBay netted £70. So after my two steps back I have taken at least one forward.

Joined the clothing pledge thread as well. I suspect as my wardrobes empty via eBay I will get the good idea soon that some of that cash should go on new clothes. Noooo...it is to go on old debts instead. I do not need any new clothes at all.
    Total debt at 18.9.17 £1950

    Debts down £12,700 high in Feb 2015, £10,700 April 15, £8830 May 15, £6776 June 15 , £5857 July 15 £6970 1.3.16

Kinda how I'm feeling. He's was my first after leaving my ex. I loved spending time with him but somthing was always 'off?' Maybe now I can be in a stronger place emotional next time. Anyway it's money saving, as boyfriends are expensive :-D if anyone sees vin disel, send him my way xx
