I've applied for a card :rotfl:
so this is the new list then, who on the Elite can book the most expensive hotel room ...:rotfl:“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
There you are - you wanted* my analysis on election night, but got instead now.
*Or some of you didn't - but, maybe in true democratic style, you got it anyway.0 -

Good afternoon elite. Happy Birthday Emerald
Had a fairly quiet weekend after a manic week. Nsd for me again, might join in again on Tuesday when we get paid
Had a bit of a cringeworthy moment with ds2 when he went to see the doctor who diagnosed asd. She was checking his weight and height so took off his shoes and jumper. They were at the scales just outside the the consulting room and I could hear her asking him to get dressed again.
The doc has quite a posh accent and we are mancs with the accent to match (although ds2 is quite well spoken for a 6 year old manc) 4 times he said to her "Jumper not Jamper!"
Funny but I had to try to explain about accents to him - not that he would have any of it. He knows how to say the word and she was saying it wrong :rotfl:0 -

Then I realised it was a quote of savvys post:rotfl:
I have my own opinion. Many people change their opinion according to their own circumstances and nothing to do with the good of the country as a whole. My Dad was a staunch labourite untill Maggi gave him the right to buy the council house that he had rented for38 years and then she was the best thing since sliced bread.0 -

Can we please forget the politics. This is not the place to discuss.I'm sure there must be a better place for everyone to get on their soapbox.
Because we don't have freedom of expression and this is not a free speech site. Anyway, we won't have the Human Rights Act.
I think that you don't like my opinions or don't agree with them/don't want to see them expressed. Have you responded in a similar way though to every post on every day though? I do not think so - you have singled me out and discriminated against me.
I do not think we can merely "forget" the politics, when it is asking us to somehow "forget" what will rule over our lives for the next five years - and that it is inappropriate to ask us to do so.
Moving on.0 -

productive day here today. Finally I feel like I am on top of the endless garden/greenhouse jobs. I've been struggling for the time lately. Set OH to work on the manly tasks and that has helped loads
I'm just patiently waiting for my dinner now which smells very nice!
I was looking for something in the garage earlier and came across a box of those blasted s&g deodorants that glitched for......forever  I really thought I'd manage to rid myself of them last year. I'll need to find somewhere to donate them to. I got as sick of that stuff as I did of Dr O pizza :rotfl::rotfl:
Lol, I'm doing (trying to do) a humongous clear out and found another 8 of them!!
I donate to our ex Looked after Children, but food banks normally take toiletries too.0
