I have undertaken an impromptu training course or two to bring them up to speed ... Many appreciate it. I did upset one checkout operator the other week though when I pointed to the button she should press to enter the voucher manually as she was faffing about pressing different ones ... She had been working there for years apparently and didn't need my guidance (hurry up and press that bl00dy button then, I muttered under my breath
).

:eek:I give up on that! I cause embarrassment! After she trained him, to mark the receipt - not effectively enough IMO:eek: - I really had to shut up. So I did - would have caused more bother if I had injected like I usually have the urge to do:o:o!
I've told them they need to press the "CASH" button though, if I have a voucher of exact value of my shop. After I found that out from a previous occasion. Really does help though, to stop them calling CS out... and then that causing further delay:o:eek::mad::o:rotfl:.0 -
