so in theory if you have 10 s/p items in your sada basket which have the identical size, shape and price in !!!!!! so you spend say £3 - these in themselves should add 30p to your APG to make the 10% difference ...

But even if things come back as NA they still count towards your quota of items?

This is all making me very nervous of doing a sada shop even though I could do with Nivea wipes ...

Yes .They still count towards your quota of items.I had a moan on the phone saying how can they guarantee to be 10% cheaper if they are running two systems and one comes up as N/A.Their reply was that there is 28 days to check so retry later on.

I presume the loose lemons are picking up M price though? Sadly they bought too few to see if M's 4 for £1 was picked up. And the Cherry Tomatoes and the Bananas, Cucumber and others (may not be so good)? I assume that is the comp. vs T and S?

I've just rung sada up to complain that nearly everything was coming up N/A including the milk.I said that a friend of mine had got a new site.He said go to asda.com instead of a bookmark and I should get the new site.Well it didn't work.

They are having a lot of teething problems. He said give a few more days and if still on old site ring up again next Monday.

But how can they be having "teething problems" with an old site that's been running fine for years? This is the old site we are talking about, not the new. Did he give any clue as to when the old one would disappear for everyone entirely?

But they clearly do not know their own system if that is what they said! It also contradicts what they told me several years ago, unless it has changed. The point is that I understand that, once you check, it "locks in" the result you got, so that it is then no use checking the same receipt on the same old site again, even if you do so every day in the next 28 days, as it will now always return the same N/As result (I understand, once it's locked in as it now has been once you checked the first time).

Retrying later on will therefore - unless it's totally changed and contrary to my knowledge - give the same result. Maybe you put that point to them. I suspect, if it were me, I would have been on the phone and would have put that point to them and, I suspect, the reply would have remained at "retry in a few days", at which point I would have completely disbelieved what they were telling me, but resigned myself to getting no further at this stage, would have ended the conversation normally and then tried again on another day, as they suggested, only to retrieve the same result just like I told them that I would:( and then back to them to say "your suggestion didn't work" (what a surprise:().
