The place sounds lovely. Tranquility is just what I need but rarely get.
Cleared my diary for whole of may and panicked terrible earlier when dd text to say she is going to do th local to me 10 km ace end of may, would I be around.
The I don't want to be around or have my life organised any more:(
Also off up to 3Dogs area Friday to view the shortlist of houses my BMF has sorted for his house purchase. Luckily he understands me and going up Friday to view Saturday. Even made sure he booked a premier inn as he knows I feel at home then as all the same. Other a trip I had planned but he is good to me so least I could do as he will not buy anything without me casting my critical eye first.
I think I still get old apg site. Had some Cadbury receipts not yet printed and they are fine.
Off to catch up. Meeting the lovely N tomorrow for a bit of pampering. Double booked myself so mum is coming to sit while cleaner is here. Told her no need but I think she is looking forward to a quiet afternoon.

Bloomin hell you are even further behind than me
You are a good mum VI'd be exactly like you. think maybe I'd want time for myself but the thought would never reach my mouth and I'd smile and say what was expected.
I'd say be assertive.........but I am assertive
it just doesn't happen with my kids :rotfl::rotfl: I guess being a good parent has its downsides
You are sounding a bit more buoyant of late though. Wonder why
Enjoy your day with the lovely N tomorrow. Pampering sounds good. I want to be pampered! :rotfl:0 -

Oh izzyspoken as someone who has really been through it. And not vocal about it either. You never complain and it's so thoughtful of you share experience to help someone who is going through a hard time :A

Right, going OFF are the Tilda Rice (think they might be vs W now instead?), Cadbury Brunch bars, Quaker breakfast bars, Nestle Frosted Shreddies 500g (gone up from £1.24 to £2.49:eek: - apparently going onto vs T at £1.24 price - so so expensive, really ought to be £1.00:rotfl:), French's mustard (M price increase), CBY Mustard (A price reduction:(, now more than 10% cheaper so no good anymore:rotfl:), Crisp N Dry Veg Oil 2L, Goodfella's Deep Pan pizzas, still in the 'offer' freezer on the aisle end, red £1.50 price, were £1, so avoid come the update:rotfl:, Ambi Pur Diffuser Unit, Wagg Complete Beef & Vegetables 12Kg - now got Wagg Complete Beef &Vegetables 17Kg at £9 (also Chicken & Veg. version) so, for 1p more, we were shortchanged to the tune of 5Kg:eek::eek:, cleaning "event" no longer on, so Cif Floor Cleaner shot right up, more than doubled:eek: in price and Oust Descaler, the Pledge polish, Finish Dishwasher cleaner, rinse aid and freshener, all the dishwasher tablets that were on and the Dettol Laundry Cleanser all off, the 90p Carex, Wilkinson Sword Intuitions razor, JF 250ml Hairsprays, Dentyl mouthwashes, all the various colourants (Clairol//Schwartzkopf/L'Oreal) are to go, Vaseline body lotions, Johnson's Pink Baby Lotion 500ml, Sugar Puffs 625g (may be onto Mvs T), Bob Martin Neptune Pond Sticks, the Red Spot Coffee/Tea Cannisters at 48p are probably all gone, but the Sink Trays and Dish Drainers may have been a mistake as they were bought in on special purchase at £1 but now appear to have reduced in price. The Real Shaving Co. products at £1 are off, there's another one that's now on 'offer' in W at £1.81:wall:, msm "Savvy buy":( and Boots £4.59:eek: - to be fair (to W, but not to Boots:rotfl:) it's the Shave Cream one and Shave Cream wasn't available at £1 in M but, nonetheless, I see no need for shaving cream as scrub or gel would be adequate enough for me. Finally, the Bernard Matthews 'extra free' Turkey and Chicken slices packs appear to have gone (but, then again, I took them away last week only for them to reappear two days later) - probably a wise decision on M's part - they were 160g for 100g. The 100g ones are £1 and 2 for £1.80 (avoid as they are not extra free and that's way too expensive even on the mbuy price); however two of the 'extra free' packs previously scanned at straight £1 each and did not have any mbuy saving:( so, they were not extra free when bought in that way compared to the cost that two 100g packs would have been in the same store (the price on those, including the mbuy, has been on for some time).
The M "Week to View" Diary 2015 may have gone back up to full price. It was 49p supposed to be until 11/5. That's right - when the offer ends, in a few weeks' time, when you would have thought the diary would have been less useful as more of the year now gone, instead the price is due to go back up! I now have the SEL showing the full price and no sign of the offer in one of my stores and the other store had no stock. This was one of only very very few items I had outstanding at the end of two stores, so not worth bothering with a further store just for that, although they did have the Academic Diary 2014-15 back - still at stubborn 18p:( even though now fewer months left. Come on, M, at least halve that price, I'm not having it at 18p with a few months left.
Everything else above believed to be going off (so avoid* or avoid after the update) - other than the Sink Tray/Dish Drainers that may have gone down in price.
Items that are going ON - I think, shall we say, they'll appear in bold on the list, so watch out for them there!:)
*Apart from, possibly, the 625g Sugar Puffs in the sense that they may now be M vs T.0 -

I never tried before tonight, but I just opened up an IE browser and I get the old APG site
On chrome (which is what I usually use) I get the new site.
This is on the same laptop and I've not had to go incognito/clear cookies/restart browser/etc.
I think I'll celebrate by getting some more toilet paper :rotfl:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
RANT ALERT!!
I was shouting at the TV this evening watching the news.
There was a blind man abseiled off a local famous bridge in Middlesborough, which yes, is very commendable, but the prat took his dog with him.
Would serve him right if the blind dog society took it off him, the bloody dog didnt get a choice!!
Arrgg, I didnt half shout at the TV.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”
