My friend that I went to visit recently passed during (our) night. Not unexpected at all. I spoke to him on Friday and he was ready for it. I dearly hope I'm not that dignified in death :o I want to leave claw marks behind :p.........with my favourite nail polish

    RIP Chris :A

PS I had one once home, £1 off for Tosco mag voucher and £1 PP, meaning 3 for £2, was quite nice, would not pay full price though

It was the other items I was actually concerned about:rotfl:. TIA.

The insurers have stepped up to the mark, and according to the BBC TV report Dina will be on her way home soon. :A

Earlier today the insurers would not comment but obviously all those positive thoughts and prayers have been working. Thank you. xx

Bloomin hell you are even further behind than me  :p:D

You are a good mum V :D I'd be exactly like you. think maybe I'd want time for myself but the thought would never reach my mouth and I'd smile and say what was expected. :o I'd say be assertive.........but I am assertive :o it just doesn't happen with my kids :rotfl::rotfl: I guess being a good parent has its downsides :p

You are sounding a bit more buoyant of late though. Wonder why

Enjoy your day with the lovely N tomorrow. Pampering sounds good. I want to be pampered! :rotfl:

Well the champagne was on ice when I arrived on saturday:D

As dd is coming 30th May I am not too worried.

Next thing is packing up my house ready to move. Might put in storage and live at mums while I look. Really cross I can't get a part buy house in my area and do not qualify as local for house I wanted.
There is a scheme for the disabled which allows them to buy on the open market with a budget from a different scheme. Not sure I want the stress of all the paperwork and £2K to get it done for you. The idea appeals to me as no maintenance costs to worry about. Saying that there is still no suitable houses in my borough. My only condition is I need to park by my front door.
Just my latest stress but at least I have somewhere to get a big hug now:)

It is wonderful to see the young adults rallying to her need. The guy organising the fundraising is doing an amazing job contacting the papers and tv etc I think this must have had a huge impact on the insurers decision.
