he's actually looking forward to it. He does enjoy a day out if he gets enough advance notice to scrutinise the website, look at the route on google maps and generally have time to get his head round being somewhere different. I think the clincher that put his mind at rest was the fact he can eat lunch at his normal time because there are plenty of catering facilities on site
:rotfl: in his words 'saves me having to take my own sausage roll' :rotfl::rotfl:
Bless him it's a rough weekend for him. Visiting OH in new surroundings as well and it's a bit of a trek there and back. He's also google mapped that route. God help me if it takes me a minute more to reach any of these places than Google says it should
:rotfl:
enjoy the flower show fc must admit to being a tiny bit jealous:o:o
I hope there is no roadworks or traffic jams to upset your wonderful lad and that the catering there is up to his high standards
was going to say I hope he does nothing to embarrass you, but that would be a lie, I love the stories to much :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -

Hope we don't end up with hard frosts next week, have so much in the garden in flower or with the fruit developing, not to mention there will be baby strawberries by then!
also hoping for no frost as orchard in bloom and hoping for good crop this year, some of my strawberries are really confused and have runners already:eek:
hope your lad gets better quickly strewth the poor thing xx0 -
For anyone placing C&C/HD orders, it may be worth a look at some of the items on MSM cashback - there is 25% back on some of the Persil and Dove.
I haven't checked but there may be opportunities there combining APG on a targetted shop and MSM cashback for bigger savings.
E.g. Persil Small & Mighty Non-Bio 15 wash 525ml - £4.68 A v £3 S. APG £1.98, £1.17 MSM cashback, net cost £1.53.
