Can I say I agree with FC, but also with tweets.
It is very stressful if you are at work having to cope with someone being absent when you don't know when they will be back , then have them come back almost asking to be firedBut yes, they may have had MH problems, and yes, they need to have allowances made for them, but if they had the support of their mum then she should have made sure people that needed to be told were told when they needed to be told.
We don't know what went on for sure, but we do know that tweets came on here and moaned to let off steam, this probably helped her cope better at work. I do not know tweets, I do not know ill one, and I do not know where all this has happened, so in the context of anonymity the idea of coming on here and letting off steam is perhaps the best way of coping.
Could be there is an issue at tweets work. There could be health and safety issues or equality act issues that tweets is not aware of.
Tweets is a lovely down to earth lady.
I ve had to do some one else's work when they were on paternity leave.
I didn't even get a thank you from them.
At the end of the day some bosses know that their nice staff will pick up the slack and they do nothing. The onus is on the nice to say something.

Morning luvlies, hope everyone is having the same fab weather as us
Just waiting for a but more info. DD1 texted me at 8.10am this morning to say 'don't know if this is a glitch but I just bought 2 bananas in tesco self scan and was charged 3p each'. She works just off Tottenham Court Road so I'm guessing this is an express store, especially as you don't weigh them in there, just input quantity. Don't know which store yet as it could be any express between where she gets off the train at Liv St and where she works
Off out now, will catch up later x
ETA: was a METRO not an Express.:happylove Nanny to 2 Cherubs :happylove0 -

Sending dodgy hugs your way :grouphug: and wishing you a lovely day.
This place is always gives me hugs and strength.
Just have to keep holding on.
My company is going through a break up. I am expecting a decision to made soon.
As a senior member of staff for last 14 years my leaving would have consequences.
A key year for me which is main reason for not making an rash decision.grocery challenge 9.86/600 -
Morning all - still glorious outside so I will be AWOL most of today unless something exciting happens
The hygienist at the dentist yesterday gave me such a rough going over my mouth was painful for hours afterwards - ended up taking a paracemol - never take pain killers unless I am desperate. And even teeth washing this morning my gums are so sore.
I think I will make sure I avoid her next time - our dentist seems to have 3 girl hygienist to choose from.
Accidentally I seem to have had 2 NSDs :j
Well it depends on the exact rules of NSDs. I did take a parcel to the post office on Monday but as the buyer had paid for postage it was not really my money I was spending. I also paid the dentist but we have Healthshield which is paid for from OHs salary so actually I was spending money we had already spent and anyway the money goes back into the account in a few days.
I also got my Tesco mighty deal but as this is spending £5 to get £10 I don't think that counts.
Also as I think NSD need to have a positive aspect not just the lack of spending I took a huge bags of books to the Oxfam book shop, got my free Nero hot chocolate on Monday afternoon and Ive been splitting up and planting and re-planting in the garden, each plant you split, move around or plant saves another pound :T
And Ive chased up my missing Shopotize £4 from a week ago which didn't go into the account, hopefully it will go into paypal today - they are not charging me for this.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Strange things going on with lenor on msm.
Refreshing I sometimes see the multi  - sometimes it's missing..
So tread carefully.
