I'm not invisible behind my obvious username :o

And photo of myself :) Morning all!

Everyone needs a place a place to vent IMHO. Whatever you're sharing, the good, the bad and the ugly. We don't know the circumstances of tweets workmate so I think it's a bit unfair to speculate FC. Do we know she has mental health issues?

But as lovely tweets said, we're all entitled to our own views. Better pop off to work. Miss you all.

Good Morning EMMAP :) If you lived up my way I would be looking out for you when I was on my travels ;)

Nooo, not at all. Im a great believer in Manuka honey, and usually have a spoonful every day for a couple months of the year when I am prone to getting colds etc. I just think (and am sure you agree) that people need to be aware that natural remedies can sometimes react with prescribed ones. Some people do think that just because they are natural, they can take as much as they want/with whatever they want. Knowledge is key.

Edit: The honey is also used in 'prescribed medication' too. It is used in bandages for burn victims, and possibly many other things, I love bee's, they are so special.

Dave Manuka honey of the right type 10+UMF (sometimes active 10+ NOT from peroxide activity) is FAR more than most people realise. It's just about the only thing, apart from very strong antibiotics (which sometimes don't work) that can kill Staph Aureus - the flesh eating bacteria ones. They did clinical trials at Christie in Manchester where it really helped patients with throat cancer. So many other things it does but has to be 'Unique Manuka Factor' - there are too many charlatan companies out there that charge, often FAR more then genuine UMF honey, for a vastly inferior product based on 10+ active peroxide. - Every honey will have peroxide activity but few have UMF.

Manuka also cured me of really bad acid reflux. The consultant that I went to see because it was so bad & I couldn't take Omeprazole because my hips started giving way ( a known side effect!) told me to put the bed up on bricks at the top end! Honestly! My doc had also started reading up on Manuka after I told her about it & from then on told people to take Manuka honey instead of having Prazoles prescribed.

As I said I research things to death. It was far easier to find the clinical trials on Manuka etc. say 15+ years ago than it is nowadays. I think I helped make Manuka so popular & so damned expensive though as I kept telling everyone how wonderful it was - online and in RL.

The next big thing is going to be Vitamin K2 with vitamin D liquid. Read up on it & be amazed. The optician was a trifle amazed at the improvement in hubby's eyes, which shouldn't happen. However it has & we think it's down to K2. You heard it here first!:D

im only going on what tweets posted in the past about how this lady was at home crying all the time? That and being signed off work by a doctor for six months would point to some sort of depressive illness? I might be wrong..........and happy to be corrected if I am.

I am also off to work where I'll be trying to spend as much time outside as I possibly can! Have a good day all

 wonder if I'll stay logged on again until I finish work?

I don't know what she was diagnosed with to be off. It was her mum who said she was sat at home crying. But when she was seen out not by me I never saw her they said she seemed her normal self. So she could have been depressed stressed .

Enjoy your day at work. :)

Be careful with Vitamin D, though!
From my origin country all babies are prescribed vitamin D, but if you overdose, there could be very bad consequences
