Remember those 1p lucky dip bulbs from the good life website last year? I spent a whole 3p and got about 50 bulbs. Some gorgeous flowers have emerged from them :D
    Tulip-Spring Green
    Double headed narcissi-Laila
Snake Head Fritillary and Tulip-Merry Christmas. There are others still to flower, mostly Alliums I think. Very pleased with my :money::money: bulbs.

SD was it you who got some as well?

Oh my lord, what have they done to the forum?!? To be fair, it does look quite nice - I normally don't go for these "tablet-type" displays. You know, little spaces of 'boxes' to enter your information into and you can never see the whole screen:(. Phew!, it's back to the old style signed in:).

I've just seen this (the irony is I was trying to find the APG site:rotfl:):

    http://www.thedrum.com/news/2015/04/21/asda-tesco-ocado-and-waitroses-dodgy-price-tactics-blasted-which

That old 'search for a company's name and retrieve a website with complaints about them on, or the latest Advertising Standards Authority ruling against them high in the search results':D.

:(My search-box just reverted to Yahoo. The link to that article isn't there. Yahoo, your search is rubbish - everyone knows that only Google give a proper search:)!

(:rotfl:Wonder if my 'complaint' about Yahoo will now be retrieved on searches for "Yahoo". Probably not on their own searches:rotfl::rotfl:. Not because of censorship, but because of how crap the search is.)

Anyway, yes, the article says much of the sort of things I've been saying recently. Interesting (or not:rotfl:) that they seem to have picked something to do with a multibuy regarding A. Like I said the other day, I don't think I can recall an mbuy 'deal' that didn't represent a worse offer than some straight price that A were charging before. I notice Pringles now even worse - usually 2 for £3 is the mbuy, but now 2 for £4!:eek: Oh well, only a 'saving' of 48p each on each one now:wall:, instead of the 'saving' of 98p each:D when the offer's 2 for £3. For which, read losses. As compared to 2 at total of £2 when they are £1 each (and no need to buy the second one, so a saving of £1 there). At least consumers can be making greater "mbuy savings" on other items in their shopping and get the impression that they are saving a great deal:wall:, when in fact every mbuy is probably much more expensive than what the price previously was!

Boo to the super-complaint though - will probably put paid to a number of tactics that we rely on:(. Why mess with something and complain when it is only likely to upset a situation that can be used to good advantage at the moment?

Anyway - latest one I have from Morries - although I may be on the wrong track again like the Billy Bear meat confusion due to a store displaying a different price at one stage - M is trying to get rid of its creme eggs. They now want us to pay £1.50 for a five pack:eek: on RTC shelving. That's utterly ridiculous IMO. Besides the five pack be a downsize (a trite complaint that has been often voiced in various places), that is still way more expensive than Home Bargains' 8 for £1 deal that ran even in the run-up to Easter. Now, after the season, M want to us to pay 50p more for three less! They must think we are stupid (most of us in the population, excluding the people who use this forum, actually are). The major supermarkets are so expensive!! Must have people hypnotised by the more prominent and regular 3 for £1 WH Smith price on the eggs but, even then, £1.50 for 5 is hardly better than that and it's supposed to be after the season!

I noticed Sainsbugs have 50p:eek: and 3 for 1 on the singles - obviously making an attempt to shift them much more - Morries RTC (or alleged RTC - I have no doubt that it is 'reduced' by about what? - probably 5p or so:( when compared to pre-Easter's mbuy price (2 for 90p) - and that they are intending to "clear" them - however, the offer is so ridiculous IMO that it hardly amounts to a real RTC offer for our purposes) - they want us to pay 40p:eek: for a single egg on their "RTC" and it's after Easter!

Meanwhile, I have the Billy Bear on a womble (dated yesterday). However, I'm unable to check as the dodos bought 18 items but not enough different ones:(!

Afternoon, what a great day it is too.

Just looked on msm and added the ghost edt, on asda £22 and it showed £22 on sains too, but when I looked on sains it said £7.50 out of stock, does this means it's risky to order now?

Also not seen anyone post mullers today, anyone know if there good to go or not?
    Thanks fernie

Redfox, can you please pass feedback to the "Making the forums all fancy" team, that when you do a search with results by post, the list created from said search will not let you click a link to just that specific post, just to the thread or section that it came from. Makes the search option virtually unusable.
