It's a refurbished one, and the price reduced after 18 months. Since Forbes service and repair the scooter at my home, at no extra cost, I see no reason to get a brand new one. Mine is in excellent condition.
Al services, repairs etc are covered, and I am very impressed with the company. The scooter is, however, a bit bigger than the Pride, although it's range is much further, and it will go on track roads and most nature trails without difficulty.

I think more of this should be broadcast on this site. I feel so sorry for some people if they have been stitched up with the exorbitant cost via these mobility centres.
Renting through a company like that is a alternative to those thinking about having one on the Motability scheme - it's about half the price!!0
