Thomas Cook Flight Compensation - Voucher not cash

Following the latest court ruling Thomas Cook have compensated us for a 7hr delay a year ago to the tune of £580, which is great but this is in the form of a voucher rather than cash that would be preferable.
Can we challenge this or do we have to accept the voucher?
