Hello,
I joined sky last year with an offer of everything for £50 a month for a year. Now that offer is coming to an end, so I canceled movies through my TV which is due to be canceled on the 3rd of May as I gave a months notice, but then my bf and I also decided to get rid of sports, after being kept chatting ages by the person on the phone trying to get me to keep it, they then said 'Oh you can't cancel sports until your movies has been fully canceled, we can't do two cancellations at the same time?'
I was fuming, because that means I've got to pay an stupid amount of money for another month...has anyone else been told they couldn't cancel because another thing was being done? Are they allowed to do it?

I do recall reading something in their terms and conditions that stated you couldn't make more than one change to your account per month, but I can't find that document online at the moment - only the document for people in a 12 month contract.
I do know though that when I have made changes to my account before, I've been prevented from making another change, even if both changes I wanted to make were an upgrade.0
