Our estate agent seems to have some automated system whereby houses drop off the listings 6 months after they are marked SSTC. The house we just sold dropped off long before we actually moved, as our sale was agreed before we had found a house but the ne we bought stayed on for a few months after we moved.

They all actually remain visible indefinitely, one way or another, either via standard google searching for the address or on the rightmove Sold House Prices listings.

They can remove it within 5 mins. Suggesting anything else is rubbish.

    But ultimately does it matter?
  • Aye; what is the harm (or potential harm) to you? I don't understand. As others have said, the listings and usually the pictures will still be discoverable.

It will show on the sold prices page once LR is updated so it will remain on RM and others ...
