Sky F1 without Sports

I have sky sports & full HD pack, trying to reduce costs & have been told I can cancel sports & keep the F1 because I have the HD pack. Is this true?
This will save me loads as that's all we watch on Sports! Don't want to cancel & lose F1 though!!


I have read that if you had HD pack before April 2013 you can have F1 without sports?

I too have had HD pack for many years, and it had F1 included. I do NOT have Sky Sports.

I believe that at some recent point in time could well have been April 2013 as you have stated) they changed the packages such that you had to have Sky Sport to get Sky F1. However, those how had the HD pack (with F1) before can continue to have it.

So......so long as I don't cancel the HD pack, I will continue to receive F1.

Sounds like you too had the HD pack (with F1), so you shouldn't need to have Sky Sports too.

That sounds good! Just thinking of the money I've wasted on Sky Sports though !! I didn't want to cancel sport & then miss F1!

Get a TV Dongle or streaming box with Now TV.


Buy a day pass to watch SS F1 on weekends when not on the BBC, and just watch it on the BBC when it is live on there. You'll save ££s without having to pay for the other Sky Sports content you don't want.
