Hi,
I would like to email EE head office/customer service to notify them of the excellent service I have received from one of their guys. He has gone out of his way to help me solve an issue I was having.
I have never done this before so am not really sure who I should address this to.
When googling I am mainly finding contact details for complaints depts.
Thank you x

Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

You could email Francoise Clemes as she's head of customer services

Not surprising. I'd imagine that in the case of EE, that their complaints dept is huge, whereas the 'compliments dept', if it exists, probably has one person on a zero hours contract. :rotfl:No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Their complaints department is designed to make sure they ignore complaints. Since they probably don't even read them it's unlikely they'd notice a rare and unexpected email of praise.
As a customer, not something I'd expect another customer to produce!0
