Hi,

I would like to email EE head office/customer service to notify them of the excellent service I have received from one of their guys. He has gone out of his way to help me solve an issue I was having.

I have never done this before so am not really sure who I should address this to.

When googling I am mainly finding contact details for complaints depts.

Thank you x

You could email Francoise Clemes as she's head of customer services
    francoise.clemes@ee.co.uk

Not surprising. I'd imagine that in the case of EE, that their complaints dept is huge, whereas the 'compliments dept', if it exists, probably has one person on a zero hours contract. :rotfl:

Their complaints department is designed to make sure they ignore complaints. Since they probably don't even read them it's unlikely they'd notice a rare and unexpected email of praise.

As a customer, not something I'd expect another customer to produce!
