is it possible to break out of orange 18 month contract

I think you would have to show that Orange had altered the terms of the contract to your financial disadvantage. Failing that, you would most likely have to pay the remaining 5 months line rental as an exit fee.0

As above, You would have to buy yourself out of the remaining contract which is normally the Tariff x Months left.
Or you could put your tariff to the cheapest Orange offer then cancel when your contract is up.0 -

If you have rung 07744 numbers in the past from your orange phone you should be able to walk away from your contract without any fees . I did after only 7 months of an 18 month contract .
