Kayslay have the GPs considered ME/CFS? Vareid symptoms may present and all tests come back negative.

Nope not once has that been brought up.

I've been taking vit d supplements for quite a few years ago I'm not sure if it's that.

Do anyone else find it degrading to ask for a sick note? I'm really embarrassed to ask for one because the doctors look at you like you've just committed some kind of taboo.

Degrading? Don't think so. Guilt may well be playing a part in it though, considering what the general public's view is of sickness benefit claims.

I do however have to admit that when I was sick and needed a sick note, I believed that it was something forced on me to prove that I wasn't pulling a fast one with my employer.

    Crohn's Disease?

Thats what doctors thought after the colonoscopy when they found a sore patch but after analysing the biopsy it came back negative.

Another thing I needed to say...

My sick notes have all said abdominal pain but my latest one says anxiety will there be a problem?

What the sicknote says is not important, as long as it exists.
It could say 'should not skydive at work on thursdays' - and in principle, you could claim ESA on the back of it.
You will of course need to explain why you're not able to get a sicknote, but ESA doesn't require a diagnosis.

    Negative for what?
This doesn't make sense, was this a specialist or a GP? either way you need another opinion
