Hi..my wife has sent off money to increase isa in NS&I isa.She already has a small amount in previous NS&I isa from some time back. She has been sent a form to sign"As you did not make deposit last tax year"....she did...but not with NS&I. Also, a declaration to "subscribe nisa for this year...and each subsequent year until further notice!
What if she doesn't want to add to it next year?...we have not had to do this before. advice please. Thanks.

It is normal that you have to re-apply for an ISA if you have not made any deposit in the last tax year.
You do not have to subscribe (i.e. put new money in) to the same ISA each subsequent year. It's misleading terms that sadly most ISA providers have but you can safely ignore them. You could also just strike the words "and each subsequent year" out if you feel strongly about it. But it really doesn't matter.0 -
