First Choice (Thomson) declined - no booking ref

Hi,

I have been declined for compensation by Thomson (Flight was with First Choice) because I cannot provide a booking ref no or boarding pass - the flight was several years ago but within the window for compensation - having only just discovered this I am claiming now. I missed out on attending most of a festival because of this delay so I was well out of pocket.

How can I turn this on the airline to check databases etc? I have insisted they do this and get the standard "you cannot fill in our form correctly however should you be able to...blah blah".

Surely they will have a record on their own booking system?
