Help Ryanair not paying compansation

I am not sure of my next move .
so far I have written to Ryanair asking for compensation on a 8hr delay.
They emailed back(eventually) with not their fault
I then went to the CAA Who found Ryanair at fault. They recommended the small claims court.
I filled out n225 and n244 ,heard nothing.
I left it to late and had to file for stay.
I then received from the court a General Direction Order.
I was on the understanding that this was the court asking Ryanair to pay me the compensation within a given time.
That time is now up and I have heard nothing more.
I am stumped as to what to do next
