Thomas Cook claim

I hope someone can advise us. We've put in a claim for a group of four on a flight to Barbados for a cruise 3 years ago, the problem seems to be that I'm the only one who has kept my e-ticket. I have sent an invoice from the travel advisor showing how much the package cost us, however, because this was quite a few months before the cruise, there is no flight number or time on it. We put the relevant times and flight number on the letter that we printed off from this site and the names of the passengers in our party. Our latest email from Thomas Cooke is saying that they will pay my compensation, but as they have no other paperwork proving that my husband and friends were on this flight, they cannot pay them. Should we just accept this or keep pushing for them to read the flight manifest?
