I've had two bans this week and I've a) never entered an AO competition and b) always used my FB primarily for personal interaction - so yes, proper profile photo and cover pic, updated statuses, comments on friends' stuff etc.0

Sane here...but I've had 3 increased restrictions .....was a bit disappointed not to get another one yesterday was feeling left out!!!0 -
Yes, me too banned until 17th May0

I too was banned until the 14th of May, and then again until the 17th May, but just now I was able to like a new page and the ban notifications have disappeared from my notifications bit (?)0

I had the three bans but have also just been able to like a page. :j2018 - £562 2019 - £130 2020 - £276 2021 - £106 2022 - £1400 -
Yes, I have "You're no longer restricted from liking a Page or following/subscribing to a profile."
Shouting loudly seems to have worked0 -
All notifications have disappeared , checked dashboard and now says restrictions lifted .....0

I'm a good girl again
I am also no longer restricted. But, is it reliable, do we think? Or will those of us off the naughty step be put back on it again later?
All I have to do now is work out how I'm going to track down the 2 FB comps I wanted to enter over the last couple of days, but couldn't. I red-x-ed them.
Oh well, it was fun being naughty for a while (actually, it wasn't).
