Mrs LW - so sorry about Olaf. We have been there as we had piggies for a few years and they are such frail creatures x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
  • Mrs L sorry to hear about Olaf, you did everything you could for him and he was loved (((Hugs)))

Csarina, I hope that DH is a little better today x

    Elona ((((Hugs)))) xx

We had a frost again last night so I am glad that I haven't put my seedlings out yet.
But it has turned into a glorious day :D
We went and picked up the tiles, trim, grout and adhesive for the bathroom this morning so we are nearing the last leg :j

The flooring is going to have to wait until June cos we have had ten close family birthdays this month plus it is DD's 21st on the 6th May and we have an18th birthday on that day as well

I have podiatry in the morning which will be nice and relaxing :D

I am off to a friend's for a shower in a little while so

  • You are all so very kind and I appreciate your love and support, thank each and every one of you, I'm grateful and it means a great deal when I am sad, Love and Hugs Lyn xxx.
  • ((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))))))) to Mrs L, so sorry to hear your news, you did everything you could for him.

Hospital again this afternoon with DD2. OH has had his MRI scan but they have not had the results yet, so he is in for another night. He may come home tomorrow. I am off to see my quilting friend tomorrow morning, will go into the hospital after lunch. The Echo report I took in for the Drs was ok so they do not need to do it again, they have put it in his notes.

Laundry dried outside again today, brilliant...... If OH comes out tomorrow I will not need to wash again until after the weekend.

Mrs LW so sorry to read about Olaf, its so sad, but you've made the right choice. We had the same thing last year with our piggie, but it was the right decision.

Deleted_User, hope tomorrow gives you good news for DH.

busiscoming2 nice to have a neighbour, we've only been living here for a year, but are enjoying it, its very pretty around here isn't it.

    Evening

Sorry to hear about Olaf Mrs L, at least no more sore teeth.
Bright dry day here after mist cleared, could hear fog horns when I woke up this morning. Got load of washing dry though, always much nicer when dried outside. Finally rode my bike again today, it was so nice to be able to get out without using car. I was full of trepidation to start with but after half a mile I was really enjoying it, bit stiff and achey now but physio says as long as I dont fall off its fine.
DD went to Asd@ today to get couple of bits she needed, their herbal essence conditioner in purple bottle scanned at 48p, asked her why she only got one, but said she didnt know til she got to checkout. Not sure if it was just lucky or they have reduced the price. Kids both at their bf/gf tonight so just me for dinner, I had LO chicken in wraps from freezer with veg, very tasty. DW not full so wont put on yet. think its time for a hot chocolate and my book.
    Thoughts to all. Mrs D.
