Good luck with the MRI for OH. We are waiting for one too. I need to nip out for milk, bread etc but as DH is asleep upstairs I don't want to leave him in case the doorbell goes and he tries to answer it in a hurry.
Managed to get some breakfast into him and once he wakes up will see what he can cope with for his lunch. The weekend was beautiful and very moving but tired him out. DD's graduation is in June and wish with all my heart that he could go but unless he improves markedly that seems doubtful.
I could do with sorting laundry but don't want to disturb DH so everything can wait as main concern now is him.

Hello everyone, a beautiful day again in Kent.
I have our bedding from yesterday on the line. Not done much else yet today. I have to pop out for some milk shortly, and then I will go out and do some more gardening.
I have got lots of veg seeds planted in trays around the house, and will put them out once they are bigger. I stilll want to get some more seeds as well plus some strawberry plants.
Hugs to everyone and take care.:)SPC 11 #4450 -
Afternoon all,
What a beautiful day! Been pottering about in the garden. Actually got my legs out - a blinding flash of white!
Made the most of the weather and washed a couple of coats as well as the towels.
Just waiting for the in laws to put in an appearance. They are coming round to give me my birthday card - it was yesterday. We were there on Sunday, so they could have given it to me then! I should be pleased as they very rarely come here even though they only live less than ten minutes drive away.

I'm afraid I have some sad news, Olaf has his final rest this afternoon, he's been fading for a few days and was not able to eat at all today. The lovely vet checked and his teeth had grown massive spurs again, so quickly ,and we both came to the decision that to let him go was better for him, he will go in the garden beside the rosemary bushes and he doesn't have sore teeth any more, Lyn xxx.0

I am so sorry about Olaf. It looked as if he was recovering
At least you know you did everything you could and that now he is not suffering pain."This site is addictive!"

And from me too - so sad to hear about Olaf. I'd been following his story. At least be happy that you did the very best for him whilst he was alive and will, no doubt, hold his memory very dear.0
