Mortgage broker - how many mistakes is normal?

    I think she has entered someone else's details. I don't know how you can get it THAT wrong.

    It may be a problem with the Nat West system.

    It is possible for anyone to make an error keying in a figure but not a series of errors.

    I have experience in the past of lenders systems corrupting inputted data.

    really? That's what my broker said, I assumed she was trying to cover up her mistake,

    Everything is fine now as I have just been accepted subject to valuation again! THANK G-D ! 2nd time lucky!

    There are numerous ways Lenders make brokers look like clowns when the matter is out of the brokers control.

    Ask yourself, is youR broker really going to pick up the wrong file and input your name and address together with loan details from another client? Also keying a higher lending figure than purchase price?
