Ok I called in first time. I've submitted it on 14th, they received 15th. They said the backlog is clearing up quick and i should see my payment by the end of this week.

So were you told this today? As I did mine on the 7th, but amended it on the 14th.

Got my reply after sending message they say I'm under security check too and should have payment within 4 wks really we can't all be under security check really!!

guys i think there just beating round the bush.there system failed and now there trying to scare you into beliving security checks are a bad thing ever single person that puts a return in goes through this process its just to make sure you are who you say you are. there isnt really a point ringing there number as the person you get through to has nothing what so ever to do with returns they are just call staff they dont no any more than we do all were doing ringing them is running up bills and getting frustrated .there is nothing we can do but sit and wait for it to land in our accounts.

Not worried as just annoyed at the amount of cr*p their telling us they would soon be on our case if we owed them money !!
