Do you know what's really sad about this. I make sure that I know where my username and password are every year they are kept in a very safe place. I have logged in that many times this year that I know the bloody things off by heart and don't need to look at them now

Hi, my partner filed his sa on 6th April and it says repayment pending he had to request repayment on the 7th And been pending since never had to do that before and last year and the year before repayment was in the bank within a week? Also my cousin had to request repayment so he did nominating himself to be paid filed in bank details etc and his account online is saying to request a repayment still he has done twice but it's saying monies to claim x amount request repayment so frustrating for them both this year!

Never had to request a repayment in 13 years just normally pays out automatically after entering bank details on return. Everyone seems to be the same. Thanks for the update you can join us on here and vent a bit steam like we are

Hi all!, l've been reading this for several days, l submitted the 12th & it's been stating bank repayment pending since the 14th also!, all last week l was saying to a friend who also submitted the same day " wednesday 22nd the latest".... Glad we didn't have a bet on it!, ��

Only 1 update per day and thousands of payments to process,promptness will not be a factor unfortunately

We all seem to be in the same boat, pending status. I have been reading the threads for a few days now and I share the frustration, can not see the point in calling them, let's hope when we look on Thursday we see the status bank repayment fingers crossed.

If there has been software issues and updates that have caused problems they'll be double checking everything before release ensuring they don't pay people twice
