will update around 2am tom and thats the date you see by your name top right ofat a glance page information as of 17th apr 2015 will change to 20th april tom as updated.

Yes self employed, earned only over 8K before tax, enough expenses to claim it all back, bank details entered in a form. All done with a help from a 'friend' accountant.
Im just confused why it says submitted since 14th and nothing else changed. Does submitted change to pending, or you have to go somewhere else to see updated information?

go to view account, then repayments at bottom of that list will show you if you have a pending payment, if you had to request payment then you would see the amount owed on the at a glance screen.

Thanks! Its Pending, yes i did request a payment. Hope tomorrow we'll see updates, because its says pending since 17th.

As of today my hubby's is still pending date is showing the 20th so it's been updated ... We've never experienced anything like this normally pretty quick in receiving funds .... Let's hope tomor will be a better day but I'm really not planning on it ��
