Still pending :mad:Called yesterday the lady said that we should have it by end of week. She said that hmrc only pay out twice weekly ?????? Think she just wanted me off the phone. She did say that there was no problems but may be being security checked but couldn't check on her system ??? Really does depend on who you speak to :mad:

We did ours 7th logged back in 8th had to request repayment ( never had to do that before, and this is our 13th tax return ) then it's been bank repayment pending ever since.

Oh its so getting on my nerves now let's hope we are issued tomorrow then we know it will be in Monday unless its waiting all over weekend ....

There seems to have been only one lot of payments been paid out judging by former posts ,maybe they are doing in batches and hopefully all of who are waiting will be in next batch .mine was done on 6th April and still payment pending x

I am obsessed with checking every morning now ha. It really is customer service at its worst. Telling lies to keep people from constantly ringing.giving it until tommorow morning (17th) then I am escalating a complaint. Sick of having to chase our own money what's already been paid to the scoundrels !!

I don't mind if gone to checks as I've nothing to hide etc but think it should say when you log on etc ...let's hope it all gets sorted and we wake up to issued tomorrow x

Just rang and it says immediately if your calling about a refund so obviously they have a backlog and mucked up their systems :mad:

I was gonna ring but don't think there is no point ...just a little anoying that some have revived there's and we are all still waiting and did it around the same time x

I filed on the 6th received on the 7th still saying bank transfer pending this morning I'm not gonna waste my time ringing the idiots just to get worked up cause they not got a clue what there doing:mad::mad::mad:
