You made me feel guilty, so I have a confession to make, I'm not really a donkey, although I admit the costume and padding they provided can be very convincing after a few gin and tonics. The wage wasn't that bad either, but I have handed my notice in anyway, I just couldn't eat any more of those damn carrots, or seem enthusiastic when the punters feed them to me.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Does playing an imaginary donkey really sit well with running an imaginary property portfolio in Battersea and being one of the West end most wealthy men?
Thought a good Bull might be more fitting for you consider what it produces.
I am just off to a saturday morning nationwide Park run Chuck, I will be personally happy with 25 min ish, supposed you will be chasing the sub 12 min world record0 -

Can't you take a day off from being a (Text removed by MSE Forum Team).
Let us get a few things straight:
1. I haven't made anything up, and I am perfectly willing to substantiate everything that I have said, and I even challenged you, but you are too cowardly to put your money where your mouth is.
2. I am nowhere near being one of the most wealthy men in the west end, although I put that comment down to your ignorance of what real wealth is. If you think a few million would make you one of the wealthiest in the West end, then yet again you are showing your ignorance.
3. I have never claimed to excel at running (or any other sport), I run to improve/maintain my fitness. If anyone has been bragging about their running it is you! This is what you said on this thread (post 55):

I used to be more of a natural long distance runner, I was doing H/M in 72 min and F/M was 2hr 45... 5000mtrs a little slower than 16 minutes
4. Does it really hurt you that much, that I have more money than you, don't you think that is a bit pathetic? Personally I couldn't give a toss what you or anyone else has, you should be more concerned with what you have, and is it enough to do what you want to do. There will be people on this website more wealthy than me, good luck to them, but it doesn't interest or concern me in the slightest. I can only guess that jealousy is motivating this constant need for you to embarrass yourself by continually ranting in this way. It would be funny, if it wasn't so pathetic.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Oh Dear!!
I am really with you on some of the points you make here, I REALLY do not think you are that wealthy(so we agree), and in all likelihood no more wealthy than me or many of the other posters on this board.
To assist you... Imaginary definition
synonyms: unreal, non-existent, fictional, fictitious, pretend, make-believe, mythical, mythological, legendary, storybook, fanciful, fantastic
p.s The running thingy, that was given as friendly advice until I twigged what a(Text removed by MSE Forum Team) you were and just someone with an agenda looking for a fight.
Not in the least bothered how you now spin it now, but easy to substantiate, just asked a couple of your little pals who you hold hand with on here on here who stalk me on Facebook. There is at least one Half Marathon thread where we were talking about a race(that one was dead on 80 min), most of my times were 75 to 77 min in those days.
Of course I could have also made up a few hundred friends on there, all of which had numerous friends as well ;-)0 -
I'm not sure what idleness, the benefit culture and the appalling damage it has done to poorer people has to do with the ethics of the free markets: indeed one would think it is the exact opposite.
I never said the free market was ethical. I said the 'interests' of the free market takes precedence over societal moral codes.0 -

I am really up for all the changes and more that have been made to shake up the welfare system.
But I was equally wanting to see measures taken against tax avoidance, dodgy bankers etc I wanted to see the rich take on some more of the burden post 2007 financial crisis.
If you are going to dish out tough love to welfare cheats(and again I applaud it) make it so that their lives improve because of it, and that's where this government failed.
Tories should be as well as looking after the rich hard workers should also be cherishing the poor hard workers0 -

Even those with very simple maths skills can work out that the proposed cuts can only be made from the in work benefits section.
You read it here first.
People that joined in the shouting down of "benefit scroungers" whilst pocketing tax credits to top up wages are about to see the finger pointed at them next .
Spot on Post, nothing annoys me most than those who are milking the tax credit system to the max, while at the same time screaming about benefits scroungers and claiming they are tax payers, when in fact they are net tax takers.
I think the amount the government is looking to cream off the welfare bill, is far in excess of the amount being spent on out of work benefits.
These people don't realise, they are next.0 -
I fail to see how my choosing to buy e.g. the best value TV is somehow related to societal moral codes.

Amazing isn`t it. Been coming here on and off, mainly off these days and still the silly little squabbles, my Dad is bigger than your Dad, I only make the point that I am ( enter how rich ) just to prove the wider argument.
Dunno what it is with some of you. Not happy unless you are putting someone down. Well that is how it comes across to me. Try being happy. Honest guys.0
