    They are off the coast of Africa and not many people have discovered them yet take a look at teh Loney Planet guide http://www.lonelyplanet.com/worldguide/destinations/africa/cape-verde and the Riu hotels on the islands are top notch. Please dont go for the Bahia in Dom Rep all the hotel is down with a sever bug it was on the news tonight

    If you do a search on www.otbeach.com, there are quite a few options that beat your quote.
    You can also book transfers through them too.

    OH MY GOD !!

    just booked St Lucia one just under £1000 for the 2 of us....

    can't believe it was such a last minute thing..... hopefully did the right thing.

    Need to sort out how to get to gatwick now !!

    Just done a search on travelrepublic for Cape Verde and it is coming in for arounf 550 each....

    anywhere cheaper?
