Hi,
I currently have a ISA at Lloyds Bank.
I would like to transfer this ISA to Leeds BS on their 2 year fixed rate ISA at 2.1%
Would a transfer, if I haven't made any deposits this year limit me from creating a new ISA again at another bank?
I would like to setup another Cash ISA at Lloyds what I can pay into each month as with the fixed ISAs you can only deposit up until the 31st May.

No, it won't prevent this (i.e. you can do it) - as long as you don't add any extra money to your old ISA before or after transferring it.

OP
Are you sure opening a new cash ISA with Lloyds is the best thing to do with your savings? Have you looked at the many high interest paying current accounts available? You can get between 3% and 5% interest (and up to 6% in regular savers).0 -

Hi,
I do have a couple of TSB accounts paying the 5% interest.
I only want to open a new ISA near the end of the tax year to allow me to use part of my tax year limit.
