Hi
I am really knew to this, I have been bombarded by PPI reclaim companies who I either ignored or told to get lost as they annoyed me no end, but know I really need to claim back my PPI, I know i had them with several banks and credit and finance companies and have almost all the paperwork.
I need your help with finding a good reputable PPI reclaim company that wont swallow most of my claim or just be a bunch of cowboys.
so if anyone can recommend any that they have used or can suggest where I can review such companies I would be super grateful.
Thank you all for your help

None !! If you expect not to pay 30% plus for someone to just put a form in the post . Just contact the banks by letter or phone them they all have a PPI department dealing with complaints and usually 8 weeks from there is the time to expect for the reply . No claim company can make it even faster in spite of their promises.Light travels faster than sound.
This is why some people seem as bright until you hear them.0 -
If you have all the paperwork fill in a orm for each company here

bear in mind, some finance won' have been regulated, and that you are complaiing it was missold not making a claim.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
You can't just "claim back" PPI because you feel like it or decide you want some money. If you are not happy with the way it was sold to you, then you can make a complaint about it. All you need to do is write to whoever you think has done something wrong, stating what you think was done wrong and why. If you're of even average intelligence you should not need a third party company to do this. All they will do is hamper your chances by sending template letters full of lies/inaccuracies which the provider has seen thousands of times before. Then take a large cut of anything you do happen to get. Why would you?0

That pretty neatly sums up most credit management companies. Do it yourself as it requires preciesly the same amount of effort and if your claim is upheld you keep every single penny that is rightfully yours and you don't pay 30% to a company that has stuck a 62p stamp on an envolope.

I would advise you to take half a hour out of your day to read this thread.

You will hopefully and quickly realise through the some of the horror stories how low these parisites can sink to get their hands on your money.

Sorry, this is the wrong site for you. This is not an area where any reasonable discussion can take place and given you have already been criticised with the suggestion that you can make 'a claim because you feel like it' can I very politely suggest you look elsewhere0 -

Quite the contary, in fact there has been plenty of good advice given in this thread.
Just to reiterate, in case you missed it, the advice is to do it your self.

Once again I will ask you to please provide the details of these reputable companies that take a very low cut of any redress and do more than simply record your details over the phone using minimum wage call centre staff and post the details off.
Any companies that will send qualified and security vetted people to your house to go through your paperwork, identify miss-sale reasons (legitimate, not the catch-all "didn't know they had it; were forced to take it" contradictory claims), look through employee benefits, research alternative means of payment etc AND on top of that, tell you upfront they have no more chance of success than going it alone AND that you can do it for free yourself?
Your claim that you cannot name these companies is nonsense as this thread below proves with praise for named companies as well as honest appraisals:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3915237Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

You're confusing criticism with fact.
You have to have grounds for compaint, not just ask for it back.
I would have thought that it was pointing out the obvious really.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
