ISA 2015/16 and early Transfers

I guess this is a general question, but I will relate it to my specific case.

I am looking for a home for my 2015/16 ISA and I thought the Leeds BS was offering an attractive product.

Is it possible to also transfer earlier (maturing) cash ISAs so my account balance is over £40k? I have never transferred an ISA between providers before so its a little new for me.

You can transfer any ISA to a provider that will accept it. There is no limit on transfers other than any a provider may specify.
